    Troubleshooting Basics
     
     
    A. Make sure the board is plugged in & turned on
    1. Power adapter should be plugged into a wall outlet & connected to the power supply on the back, right  of the board.
    2. The power switch is located on the back of the board on the right side. When it is on the green light on the power supply on the back of the board will be lit, as well as, the blue light on the receiver on the top of the board.

     
    B. If your pens aren't working try the following steps:

    1. Make sure the pens are charged:

    a. When you place the pens in the cradle, the button on the pen should be facing you.

    b. The green indicator light on the charger will show that you've made a connection.
     

    2. Check to see if the board is connected wirelessly:

    a. Right click the eInstruction Tools icon in the bottom right corner of your taskbar.

    b. Choose eInstruction Device Manager (top choice).

    c. When the window opens it will show a DualBoard icon.

    d. If it has a green check mark, the board is connected.

    e. If it has a red X that means you need to connect your board by pushing the button on the receiver on top of your board (it will flash blue), then find the matching receiver that's plugged into a USB slot in the back of your computer.

    f. You'll hear it beep and a caption will pop up on your taskbar showing that DualBoard connected. 
     

    3. If your board won't calibrate by touching the Calibrate icon on the board:

    a. Right click the eInstruction Tools icon in the bottom right corner of your taskbar.

    b. Choose eInstruction Device Manager (top choice).

    c. When the window opens it will show a DualBoard icon.

    d. If it has a green check mark, the board is connected.

    e. Select the DualBoard icon

    f. Select the Calibrate button (it has 2 blue arrows and says calibrate when you point to it)

    g. Calibrate at the board
