My grading Policy in Art all depends on EFFORT!  

100-90....Did an amzing job with lots of effort!

90-80....I did it, put some effort in it, but it was NOT my best.

80-70....I did what I hd to not fail, but I put NO effort into it.

70-........I put out ZERO effort and have nothing to show for my work.
