Hello!

My name is Sarah Henry and this is my fifth year at Gainesville Intermediate. I grew up around Gainesville and graduated high school from Era ISD. I attended NCTC and then Texas State University where I earned my Bachelors in Science of Exercise and Sports Science with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy.

I coached kids in both Gainesville and New Braunfels, Tx for about 15 years and decided teaching was the life for me! I got married in May 2019 and live in Gainesville with my husband Brian and our two dogs. This May we welcomed our first daughter to the crew! 

I look forward to a great year here at GIS! I am confident we can work together to build lifelong learners and leaders!

 

  • I will offer after school tutoring on Tuesdays until 5pm. 

    Any student wishing to stay for after school academic help MUST make arrangements with me at least 24 hours in advance.
