• How do I apply for a teaching position?

    STEP 1: REVIEW OPEN POSITIONS

    STEP 2. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
    Submit your application through the online application system.

    STEP 3: YOUR APPLICATION PACKAGE IS REVIEWED
    Application packages will be referred to hiring managers (HR director and principals) for consideration and an interview session.

    STEP 4: BE INVITED FOR AN INTERVIEW
    If your application package meets the selection process for an interview, you’ll receive an invitation to join us for an interview with a team of administrators and teachers. A demo lesson may be required.

    STEP 5: BE HIRED & RECEIVE A CONTRACT FOR EMPLOYMENT
    If you are selected to be hired. A member of the Human Resources team will contact you about upcoming Gainesville events for you to be involved in.


    STEP 6: BE CONNECTED WITH YOUR SCHOOL’S ONBOARDING TEAM.
    Once you are assigned to a school, the onboarding team for your school will reach out to you. The team is made up of the school’s leadership team and several teachers who will help you get connected in Gainesville and make sure you have everything you need to start off your school year!
