Hello GJHS family!

It is truly a blessing to be able to lead the GJHS students, faculty, and staff as Principal.  This will be my 13th year in education and my 2nd year as an administrator.   I have received my Bachelor’s from the University of North Texas in Applied Arts and Sciences and a Master’s from Lamar University in Educational Administration.

I was born and raised in Denison and have had the opportunity to serve in the roles of substitute teacher, paraprofessional, teacher, and coach. My beautiful wife, Heather, and I feel truly blessed that GISD placed its faith in me to help lead the GJHS campus. Gainesville has the most compassionate, energetic, and thoughtful educators in the state of Texas and I am proud to be a part of what’s going on here.
