If you require a conference or need to have a discussion about your child please call W.E. Chalmers Elementary at (940) 665-4147. My conference time is 8:25 a.m. - 9:10 a.m. or you can contact me by email at the following address: lgibbs@gainesvilleisd.org. I am flexible to accommodate additional hours if necessary.

Classroom Correspondence

I will send correspondence using your child’s homework folder or Class Dojo. I encourage you to sign up for Class Dojo. I discovered how helpful Class Dojo was this year. I was able to communicate with parents and form a great home and school connection. It is important to check your child's homework folder because it may include handouts sent from the office or other sources. The office will send most handouts on Wednesday, however, please check homework folders daily.
