I was initially born in Mexico and moved to the United States when I was eight years old. I have to admit; it was a challenge for me because I had to learn a second language. My dream was always to become a math teacher because I love helping others to accomplish their biggest fears. I was able to get my Associates Degree at Collin County Community College. I transferred to the Texas Women's University of Denton, where I got my bachelor's in Science with a major in Mathematics. I am a person who believes that failure is part of your journey, because failure is meant to make you a more reliable person, and it helps you learn from your mistakes. I love to encourage others to do better and to never set up for less. I want every single one of my students to be successful and to understand that nothing comes easy if you don't fight for it.
