I was born and raised in southern Oklahoma, but moved to Texas after marrying my husband.  I have been teaching for four years. This is my second year teaching at Gainesville Jr. High, and I couldn't have been more excited! I will be teaching 8th grade ELAR and Pre-AP English 1. 

A little about me: I have been married to my best friend, Ben, for 3 years. Together, we have two perfect little boys - a two-year-old and a newborn. We also have one crazy, lovable dog. My family is absolutely everything to me! When I'm not at school, you can find me with my boys. 

I love all things literature and pink! Daily sonic drinks and coffee runs are a must, and I'm always down to take a family road-trip somewhere new.
