Originally from Wisconsin, I received my Bachelor's Degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Music with an emphasis on Music Education, from University of Nevada, Reno in 2013. While at university, I performed with the Chamber Choir, the Wolf Pack Quartet, and Nevada Opera. One of the highlights of my college career was being the lead role, Pamina, in The Magic Flute. I also sang in the Apollo Theatre in Syros, Greece in the summer of 2019. I continued my education in 2018 and received my Master's in Music Education in 2020.

I taught music (choir and elementary) in Reno, NV for 7 years. This is my 3rd year in Texas, 10 years altogether!

I am a member of TMEA and TCDA and will be teaching 2nd - 4th grade music at Chalmers Elementary.

My hobbies include working out, playing video games with my husband, baking, flying kites, and singing karaoke. I look forward to making music with your child this year!

Mientras estaba en la universidad, toqué con el Coro de Cámara, el Cuarteto Wolf Pack y Nevada Ópera. Uno de los aspectos más destacados de mi carrera universitaria fue el papel principal, Pamina, en La flauta mágica. También canté en el Teatro Apollo en Syros, Grecia en el verano de 2019.
