The Gainesville Kiwanis Club GISD Senior Scholarship is available to any senior at GISD who is continuing their education beyond high school. This scholarship is based on service. There is one scholarship available for the amount of $1,500. The deadline for applying is Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 5 p.m. Please submit scholarship applications to gainesvilletxkiwanis@gmail.com. The recipient will be notified by Wednesday, March 1, 2023. *If selected, proof of enrollment will be required before money is awarded.

 

 

The Texas-Oklahoma District Kiwanis Sophomore of the Year Scholarship is available to any sophomore student. There is one scholarship available for the amount of $600. The deadline for applying is Friday, March 3, 2023. Please submit scholarship applications to gainesvilletxkiwanis@gmail.com. The recipients will be announced at the Texas-Oklahoma District Convention in August 2023. A representative of the Gainesville Kiwanis Club will notify the nominee. *This is not a local scholarship; it is part of the Texas-Oklahoma District Kiwanis that is made up of 37 local clubs.
