Bond Project Scope & Timeline
Current Project: May 2025 - March 2026
- Gainesville Junior High: library expansion, entryway, secure vestibule, roof replacement, RTUs, parking lots, and sidewalks.
Phase 1: May 2026 through December 2027
- Edison Elementary: 8 classroom addition, secure vestibule, fire alarm, PA system, new gym/storm shelter, cafeteria expansion, library addition, new flooring
- Chalmers Elementary: 8 classroom addition/storm shelter, secure fencing, parking lot, playground
- Intermediate: 8 classroom addition, secure fencing, fire alarm, parking lot, playground

Phase 2: November 2026 through July 2028
start time will be approximately 6 months after Phase 1 begins
Junior High: enclose F hall, secure fencing, fire alarm, cafeteria expansion
High School: PA, secure vestibule, door locks, new CTE wing and black box theater; CTE wing will include space for Culinary Arts, Visual Arts, Robotics, and Health Sciences
