Gainesville ISD and its campuses are excited to now use ParentSquare to communicate with families through messages from their teachers, principals, campuses, and the District all in one centralized place.

About ParentSquare

With ParentSquare, families can choose what methods they want to receive communication through. By default, all families will receive digest – or recap – email and text messages at 6 p.m. daily, eliminating the clutter caused by dozens of messages.

Features include:

  • Receive communication from the District and campuses via email, phone call, text and/or mobile app
  • Communicate in your preferred language
  • Two-way messaging between staff and families/students with automatic language translation
  • Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6 p.m.
  • StudentSquare (High students can communicate directly with teachers/coaches/directors/sponsors in place of using a program such as Remind)

StudentSquare

StudentSquare, the student version of ParentSquare, safely connects high school and junior high students to their teachers and extracurriculars.
