Hello all!
I will be the 8th grade ELAR teacher and I will also be coaching 7th grade B team volleyball and soccer at the junior high, as well as the assistant varsity soccer coach at the high school. This will be my first year teaching and I am so excited to have the opportunity to be part of the Gainesville ISD family.
I graduated from The University of North Texas with a Bachelor's in Education. I played college soccer for Texas A&M Commerce University and Southwestern Christian University in Oklahoma. I come from the small town of Stephenville,TX. I grew up there with my parents and my little sister. Family is something that is very important to me.
Some of my hobbies and passions would have to be playing/watching soccer, reading anything and everything, painting (even though I'm not that good), going on hikes, spending time with my family, hanging out with our cows, lambs, and goats, spending time with my close friends, and anything western.
