Parents should be assured to know that the school district's Acceptable Use Policy clearly states the appropriate use of its computer system for the safety of students and the consequences for misuse, compliant with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) and No Child Left Behind Title II, Part D, Section 2441.
