Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp is for incoming GISD 7th - 12th grade student athletes.

Camp is located at the GISD multipurpose facility at GHS.  The camp is June 6 - July 28 and is offered Monday - Thursday. There is no camp July 4 - July 7. 

First session:
7:30am - 9:30am
9:45am - 10:45am (football skills)
All 7th - 12th grade boy athletes

Second session:
9:30am - 11:30am
All 7th - 12th grade girl athletes
