The Leopard High Five program is a way to salute any Gainesville ISD employee who goes above and beyond for our students, staff, and community. Nominations are accepted from any staff, parent, or community member and any GISD employee is eligible to be nominated.

All nominations should include a specific example of how this staff member has gone above and beyond for a student, a peer, or the community. The nomination must align with one or more of our GISD core beliefs: Equity, Excellence, Diversity, Innovation, Partnership, Safe and Comfortable Environment.

A couple of changes to note for this year:

1. Nominations are only accepted from staff members, parents, or community members. Nominations will no longer be accepted from students.
2. Once per month, all submitted nominations are reviewed for alignment with our core values, examples of achievement, and overall excellence and 15 staff members will be selected to receive a High Five award.
3. A staff member can not receive a High Five two months in a row, but can receive multiple awards throughout the year.
