The 6th annual GHS culinary student Top Cat Chef Competition took place on Tuesday, January 22. The culinary students, under the direction of GHS culinary arts teacher, Kristal Young, competed against one another in a 30-minute cook-off sponsored by Aramark.
The "Nachos with Attitude" team of Veronica Gallegos Gomez, Kendrick Taylor, and Lee Hubbard were first place and will advance to the Regional competition at Baylor later this spring.
