Hello!  I am your new librarian at Gainesville High School.  I am married to a wonderful man and we are raising our 3 children (2 girls and 1 boy) in Denton where I have lived for most of my life.  I  have worked in many different areas of education since 1998 including the University of North Texas, teaching a variety of subject areas (Family & Consumer Sciences; World Geography; and English 1, 2, & 3), and working in libraries since I was in middle school myself. I have taught in Sherman ISD, Richardson ISD, McKinney ISD, Era ISD, and now I am continuing my journey here at Gainesville ISD.

Anyone can read, but first we have to identify and locate sources and materials that help us want to read. Whether you are a student, parent, teacher, staff member, administrator, or are just a curious person by nature, I am always here to help you on your journey.  You are welcome to stop by the GHS Library if you want to discuss books, authors, subjects, questions, research, or anything Disney related.  Together, we help each other to learn and grow.
