Signing In
- Go to your campus website.
- Click on the “User Options” in the top right menu bar.
- Sign in with the username and password provided. Your password can be changed at any time, but please do not change your username. To change your password, select "My Account" after signing in.
- If you forget your password at any time, enter your username and "forgot password". Check your other or junk, because this password reset email typically does not go to your regular inbox.
- To edit your website, once signed in click "user options" in the top right menu bar.
- Click "site manager" in the top right menu bar. This will take you to the editing side of your website.

Edit the About Teacher App
- Hover over the About Teacher App and click the green edit button.
- Enter your name and a short bio about you and your course or subject area.
- To upload your image,click select file and Upload Image, Browse your computer, and click the image you want to upload.
Please ensure this is a professional picture. Additional family pictures can be added in a separate image app. - Click Save
- Select the Details Tab
- Enter your contact details and Degree Certification information.
- Click Save

Link a PDF document
Upload documents in pdf format to Files & Folders in Tools tab.
At the far right of item uploaded is a More button.
Click to get drop down options.
Select Get Link.
Copy the Relative Web Address (Control + C). Close window.
Return to where you want to link the document.
Highlight text, right click, choose Link, then Paste (Control + V) copied address into Url box, click OK.

- Add a syllabus, list of rules, or any other documents you want to share with your students and their parents.
Check out the Content app and the latest editing features. - Create helpful lists for students so they come to class prepared. For example, you can provide a list of books and supplies required for your class.
- Share other useful information, such as the lunch menu
Check out the Link Library app and the Document Viewer app to add available information. - Add assignments for the year. Share the assignments you’re ready to provide your students and their parents as needed.

Use the Active/Inactive button when you want to show or hide content, and update the dates for any assignements to the latest school year.
- Add a syllabus, list of rules, or any other documents you want to share with your students and their parents.
- Update the calendar with important events to keep your parents and students 'in the know'!

About Teacher App
Use the About Teacher app to introduce yourself to your students and their parents, and share your educational background, philosophies, and teaching style. You can also include contact information, office hours or plan time, and any other information that helps your students and their parents get to know you!Content App
Use the content app for adding text to your page. You can also add images and links to your page. This app is adaptive which means the content you create looks great when viewed on any device. Adding your content within the content app makes moving and arranging content easier.Document Viewer
The Document Viewer app, powered by Google Docs™ Viewer, allows you to display a document on a page on your end-user website. Use the app to provide documents that you want your users to have access to at any time while providing them the option to download and print it. Class schedules, course syllabus, or terms and condition documents can be easily displayed using this app. Visitors can move through the pages, zoom in and out, open the document in a new window, and download the file.Photo Gallery
Share multiple pictures in one slideshow with the Photo Gallery app. Classroom projects, field trips, band performances—whatever the event, let visitors relive it with the app! Set transition delay, fade style, add captions or add music to make the experience even more exciting.Image App
Use the image app to add a single image to your page. Your device recognizes it as an image and displays it appropriately.Embed Code App
Many third party services such as YouTube™ or TeacherTube® provide embed code for objects like videos that are posted on their sites. This code normally includes code for a player as well. You can use this code to insert or embed the video and its player onto a page in your site. This is helpful for creating assignments where the students are required to answer questions while viewing a video. You can embed the video on your page so the students can complete the assignment without ever navigating away from the site.Link Library
The Link Library App provides a list of links and their descriptions. Think of this app like a one-stop landing page for links used in your site. Use the app to list all common or most-used links for your site. You can use it to link to other locations in your site or external sites for additional information and learning opportunities.File Library
Create a file library to build collections of files that generally have the same topic or theme. For example, you can use this app to create and organize classroom resources such as reading materials, class handouts, class conduct, etc.Google Folder
The Google Folder app allows users to connect with a folder you created within Google Drive™ - a file storage and synchronization service created by Google. Create, edit, and maintain your documents from any location. Files are stored in the cloud and editable in a browser.Assignments App
Create coursework for your students using the Assignment app. The app allows you to add a single assignment or multiple assignments at once. You can also associate a calendar due date with assignments so it's easier for students to access them.
